don’t buy the blueberry flavor
The strawberry flavor was great but the blueberry tasted so artificial, it reminded me of the taste of like…a blueberry flavored vape.

Would purchase again.
Pretty good. Used in pancakes and you can definitely taste it. We use it by taste testing. The instructions didn't help us for what we were looking to do with it. Still good though.

The freshest, most genuine strawberry flavor!
This stuff was THE BOMB. I was drafted to make a wedding cake for my niece and she requested strawberry. I have never made a wedding cake before, so I recruited my sister, who was a professional baker. She said we needed Strawberry Essence (NOT strawberry extract) to make our strawberry buttercream filling. I'm glad I listened to her because the result was magical. The flavor was incredibly natural and no trace of a chemical taste. It was like biting into the freshest, ripest strawberry. If you're wondering about the cake in general, we baked a white cake, but between each layer we used strawberry jam and strawberry buttercream made with this product. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you this was the best cake I ever made. Highly, highly recommend this for your next strawberry wedding cake, or any strawberry cake.

Glass pipette was broken
The vendor reached out immediately to make things right. The product blends very well and is delicious. Original review: Glass pipette included came broken and I can’t get a replacement.

Ok if you expect artificially flavored
Just ok for me. It smelled pretty good but it leaves a very artificial taste

Full bodied
I really like this brand. It is full bodied and you don't have to add as much to flavor what yiu are making.

almost flavorless
Very little flavor and 10 calories per mm. Not worth the money
