Things I Like (Read to a Child!: Level 2)

smaller size than I expected, I like Anthony Browne's book but this book is not my favorite. Because there is not much story to talk about with my kid. But It's good for group class discussions about what you like.

This is one of my favorite books to read to my students at the beginning of every year. After reading, they make posters of things they like using magazines, drawings, photos, etc. of things they like. Great book for young readers!

My 2 year old is beginning to pick up books and pretend to read. This one has been great as he has memorized many of the pages and gets very excited that he is able to "read" to me.

Cute book to read to a toddler who loves monkeys!

Good discussion book about choices.

Great book for the beginning of the school year. Relates well to toddlers. Gets the whole theme of "All about me" started. The monkey is so cute.

I purchased this book when my son was 18 months and he loved it then and still does now that he's almost 3 years. Personally I love the ilustrations of Anthony Browne, besides, unlike others book of baby einstein collection (at least for me) it was cheaper than others book of baby einstein collection that I bought and which there were not a big hit for my son( I purchased them at a local book store here in Monterrey, Mexico).I have found that at least toddlers and kidergartens love the monkey's ilustrations of Anthony Browne, so I highly recommend as well all the books of Willy from the same author.

I bought this book for my 11-month old Grandson who is fascinated by monkeys. He loves the book and wants me to read it over and over to him, explaining everything on each page from the color of the monkey's shoes to what he is doing and why it's fun. This small book is well-made but does not have the thick cardboard pages of most baby books. I have to hold it for him as we read, making it a sweet Grandpa-Grandson moment. I can't recommend this book highly enough.

I bought this book for my children who are now 22 and 18 and I am buying another copy for my great-nephew who will be 4 in October. I am so happy to have young children to buy Anthony Browne books for because it gives me so much pleasure knowing how much they are going to love them. Willy the Chimp is an adorable character.

Gift receiver loves it! Fast. Brilliant. Great.
