Didn't last long.
Great quality pictures and very clear for 3 months. 1 week after the return window the camera quit taking pictures. We called the 800 number to receive the response of "It is an IT issue they are working to resolve." We ask if we still had to pay for the time when the camera isn't working and received the response of "They haven't decided yet." Poor customer service, but the only way to know if the problem is resolved is to keep paying them $15 monthly and wait for it to be resolved.

Bad Everything!
I bought this trail camera last August for deer hunting, activated the account and connected with the app on my new iPhone. The camera froze upon attempting to download the firmware update!Repeated attempts and calls to the company left me with the advice to wait until summer when the firmware is corrected.Well, this October I reactivated the account, tried to download the firmware on the app and was unsuccessful, repeatedly!I emailed the company after trying to contact them on the phone and having spent an hour or more on hold 5 times. I finally made contact and was told the IT department would contact me by email first and then by phone. That never happened!I have now thrown the camera in the trash!Do not buy this camera or any other product from this company! You will regret it!There is nothing good about either, nothing!

Great new, won’t go the distance
I’ve owned this camera for two years now and while I loved it the first few months, its shortcomings started to outweigh the benefits. The $15/month unlimited photos is great for active sites and burst photos, but the burst mode stopped functioning properly after a few months. The IR light would turn on, but only one photo would snap. The sync speed was awesome at first, but stopped working abruptly and was hit or miss after the first two months. Two years on, it can take 15 days for the account to sync properly, all while it’s charging against your purchased time. Customer service was slow to respond, but helpful when they finally did respond. The camera worked great for another two months last year, but is back to cycling through the account/sync cycle and won’t upload photos. Recommend passing on this one.
