I was looking for a stylish, but a good quality humidor. Koby checked out all my needs. It’s a heave and well built piece. But what impressed me was the costumer service. I did make the mistake to put an half smoked cigar inside and the odour was impossible get rid off. Fortunately their costumer service helped me fix the problem. I’ve also purchased on their website the Humidor solution membership and not regretting at all. With our dry air during the winter, the winter solution is working perfectly, keeping 64-69%. The 5 mm tick Spanish add a nice test to my cigares.

I've been looking for a humidor to replace the smaller one I've had for a long time (pictured next to the new one). I did a ton of online research and was looking for something affordable, and I don't like the high gloss finish which I see everywhere. This one has a nice matte black finish and a unique grooved design which hides the tray below. I love the tray feature. It's well build with solid craftsmanship. I had read about the excellent customer service which I like. I did have a question and emailed them, and received a super fast and friendly response. Just a great humidor and I'm so happy with my choice!

There are a LOT of humidors out there and I've owned a dozen of them and Case Elegance is easily the best. Beautiful, innovative products - this Kobi style I just bought, I haven't seen anything like it anywhere. They're very high quality so that means you need to treat them more carefully than I usually do but when my stupidity caused spillage and it warped the box a little they replaced it immediately, no questions asked, even after more than 30 days.

At under $200, this is an incredible value. I really like the aesthetic of the humidor, and it includes a decent amount of actual cedar (vs vinyl covered plywood that i've seen elsewhere). The overall craftsmanship could technically be better, but this does what its supposed to extremely well; next level up you're probably looking at Daniel Marshall or Zino humidors (~$800).

… looks great too and works as was intended. The humidity system was not keeping up with quantity had in there and because it is at the bottom, not fun so now just use humidy packs to supplement and I don’t mess with the bottom anymore. If you move it around it will get scratched but not a big deal, can just use a sharpie to fix. Worth and would get again. I own 2 of them.
