When you have a three times on/on switch, the 0.8 mm2 solid wire is too thick to fit through the connector holes. The 0.75 mm2 stranded wire has two very strong arguments going for it. If the hole is too small, you can put part of the strands through it and it will still fit, but it has the typical diameter to fit in full to begin with. The 0.75 mm2 stranded wire is also highly flexible, like properly boiled spaghetti, which makes it really easy to use. This 0.8 mm2 wire isn’t right for your first prototype. It’s excellent wire, but not for that.
