Candy should be one of the food groups.
I'm not sure if these work or not. I put them on monthly repeat to order and at the end of 3 months I'll take a test to see if my sugar is down or at least maintained. My fault for liking chocolate cake, apple juice and candy. Lot's and lot's of candy.
