Cap gets damaged easily

The top of teh bottle was broken by the Amazon's delivery 😢 I was kinda sad but thank god i got a replacement but overall review is good the bottle is amazing thank u Amazon 😊

The wide mouthed cap does not easily turn to fit into position. it takes a few attempts to get the cap on correctly. The flask functionality is probably good but i dont care for bottles that are not even having caps that fit properly. Its also not easy to get a grip on the cap. Its like they designed a ferrari car with a door that doesnt close properly. This is the second vaya product that im struggling with. I used to have a colleague who had one of the vaya vacuum tiffin boxes which also had an internal lid which didnt have a proper lip to pull the lid off of. everyday we used to struggle with a vaya vacuum tiffin box. i dont think they think though or test the lids for usability. Very irritated with the design.
