Great Quality!
I love these bands, just as durable and made with as good quality as the name brand dopa bands. Definitely recommend for the price.

Good band for the price
Not sure how this compares to named brands, but this band serves my purpose. I use it just as I would a named brand band, and it is effective for what I use it for, which is warm ups, drills, and pattern ingratiation. It comes with a pouch for nice and organized transport.

As good as the big brand name
The band has good tension and begins probably within a good 2ft range. I have two of this brands tubing because I read somewhere that this has silicone properties which the Dopamino brand is. I’ve read complaints about breakage. I’ve use mine everyday in practicing Judo throws and footwork. I wrap my bands around a 4” basement floor jack (see photo) I believe if you tie it around something with straight edges or slip it through a metal carabiner. It actually creates kinks or stress at that contact point, that then eventually breaks. The way I wrapped it around the pipe. The tubing stretches against itself and has less chance of kinking where I looped it. I would highly recommend this product for the price point and performance.

Good quality and resistance.
These are awesome and good quality. I’m able to perform all the same exercises as the more expensive dopa bands. I have the red ones and it’s decent resistance. Considering getting the lighter for my kids.

VERSATILE...CAN TRAIN EVERY BODY PART WITH LITTLE SPACE AND WHEN SHORT ON TIME. LOVE THE REAL RUBBER FEEL AND SOLID( NOT HOLLOW) ROUND SHAPE. MAKES YOUR TENDONS AND LIGAMENTS( MUSCLES)STRONGER THROUGH POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE MOVEMENT. P.S. May I share a personal observation? After a weight or fitness machine workout you may feel exhausted. After a rubber band training session- feel energized! My two cents friends!
