I'm a former smoker but I still vape and I have lots of oral issues right now.I'm always feeling mucousy disgusted with my breath I probably have tonsil stones but I can't even find them to get them out. I always have a disgusting taste in my throat and I brush probably four times a day. These probiotic supplements have been so effective for me in the past so I decided to order this product because it seemed to have much more in it. I've used bionazee before that product I would say is also effective and it tastes pretty good. I've used a different Blis product from this same lab but it was just the regular strength.. I just got these today and brushed my teeth really well I popped on in my mouth These are my thoughts so far. First off as soon as it coated my mouth I could definitely tell it was having the intended action of fending off the gross germs. It has totally neutralized the taste in my mouth. already I can already feel it affecting my throat Ifeel an instant difference in my sinues and breathing. From taking these oral probiotics before I know that this is the effect. I can feel it right away so I'm so glad I ordered these new ones that seem to be very strong. On another note the taste of these is almost unbearably off-putting when you stick it into your mouth as it spreads across your mouth it's pretty disgusting tasting and then all of a sudden you don't taste it so much it gets much much more mild as you suck on it and your mouth just feels and tastes clean as your sucking on it. I would say if you can get through about the first 30 seconds with this in your mouth you will be just fine. I only knocked one star off because of the taste but that doesn't matter to me I want the effect. I plan on using these regularly and seeing what the results are :)

5 stars on the flavor. As mints, these are excellent. As a probiotic? I have no idea, but they taste good.

very happy with this blis K12. tablet is small enough to dissolve under tongue as per the instructions. do wish this came in the vanilla flavour of the smaller package, though. this size only comes in mint.

These are very low dose tablets with only two probiotic strains targeting immunity, in theory. But being what they are, they aren't going to make you that much more resilient to infection for the price you're paying. You're getting mostly isomalt, microcrystalline cellulose, flavoring, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide for how little viable/absorbable probiotics you're consuming per tablet. And frankly, your body just doesn't need those fillers and binders. As far as taste, these have barely any flavor or sweetness at all. They taste very faintly of mint but are mostly flavorless chalk, which is ok cuz who's buying this for it to be candy? Hopefully no one. Otherwise, you'd want to go through the whole box in one sitting. These come in a sturdy, plastic, pop-open tube that closes very securely to be airtight which I appreciate because air degrades probiotics over time.
