This is the best product I have found for maintaining clean sink and shower drains. No need for harsh chemicals just to maintain clean pipes. I have not noticed a smell nor odor like harsh cleaning products have. Every few weeks, before taking a shower, I often pour the recommended amount down the shower/bath drain. I then use the toilet, shave, etc. It says to leave in for 15 minutes before flushing with warm water so I just plan accordingly. My shower drain was running very slowly so I started using this. After 4 times over a month period, everything was cleared and running smoothly. I now use it every few weeks to maintain the shower/bath drain. Container makes it easy to open and pour without any fuss or mess. Great value for the money. A fraction of the cost of some other brands but works just as well. I get the case of 8 to save on costs and so I make sure to have them on hand by each sink and shower/bath. I am extremely happy with this product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Zep is my 'go to' for a clogged toilet. Might not work on first try ... or second ... even third ... BUT it eventually works and isn't as 'messy' or gross as using a snake. ~half bottle, 12 hour wait, HOT water chaser for 15 minutes ... flush *use when the house has multiple toilets because the clogged toilet will be unavailable **IF you need immediate results, use a snake or call a plumber

I use this once a week in our kitchen drain I make sourdough and discard daily . I try to make sure it does t go down the drain but into the trash . It has nice markings on the side for ease of use .

This product works! Poured it into dish sink drain - only takes a small amount - let it sit for short time poured in hot water and sink drains like new. This product family is best on market nin my opinion. We use all their products.

Didn't clear my drain. Might be good for regular use to keep drain clear just not for bathrooms drains. Ended up ordering plumpers acid drain cleaner which did the job.

Great product nothing else keeps the grime down and the drain fast quite like this. You can get a little cheaper in the store, but the convenience can’t be beat.

This product works great. I had a toilet that you could see the buildup in it. I let it soak overnight and when I got up in the morning, it had broken loose and was laying in there and I could just pick it out with my grammar I’d give it 100%.

I am giving this four stars because I am not completely sure whether it works as intended. I originally meant to buy Drano to clear a slow bathroom sink, but this product was recommended instead. It is a liquid, not a gel, so it goes straight down the drain rather than sitting in the pipe like thicker clog removers do. Because of that, it may be effective for general pipe buildup or maintenance. However, I did not find it to work as well as Drano when it comes to removing an actual clog. If you are looking for preventative maintenance, this may be a good option. For tougher clogs, a gel formula might be more effective.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after battling my kitchen sink for days, I feel like I just won a war. Plungers? Useless. Every other drain cleaner I could find? Nope. Even my auger failed me. I was this close to calling a plumber, but I figured I’d take one last shot with this product. And guess what? It actually worked! Took a few rounds—my clog was determined—but I could see progress each time, my sink slowly admitting defeat. Now that my pipes are back in working order, I’m not taking any chances and ordered another bottle for monthly maintenance cause there is no way in hell I'm going through all that again.

Take my word for it. You can't see the build up inside your drains and pipes. Don't use harsh chemicals. They will destroy you pipes. Use Zep. Monthly, regular usage of Zep will ensure that your pipes stay clog free. Eliminate costly visits from the plumber. Use Zep today!

This product does work but you need to use it as a maintenance product. My bathroom sink drain had next to no flow, but after six months of regular applications I have a clean drain. The toilet drain is not plugging as often and hopefully future applications will improve that. I do have a problem with Amazons pricing on this product and have used CT to cut the cost in half.

Good quality and great for my plastic pipes since it is not corrosive. It provided better results than Draino for my metal pipes as well.

Did not work as advertised, waste of money.
