How does this item work!

The wings spin around the ball, it’s a fidget spinner. I have three kids and one of them dropped it on the ground and it broke. So keep that in mind, it’s somewhat fragile.

It doesn’t appear to be. It’s still great none the less. However there isn’t any indication or mention of Harry Potter.. Just you imagination says Harry Potter.
