Love it, it's like a real tatami. The smell was strong in the first few days, but I like it, it smells similar to matcha. I only wish the non slip bottom was more effective because everytime I get up it moves (I have two of them side by side)

I have concrete flooring in our home, and I choose to use futons because I find it relieves alot of back pain. And using a rug under the futons was not cutting. Decided to splurge and order these, the quality is very nice and comfortable by it self and has helped immensely under the futons. I've read many complaints about the smell, but frankly I find it comforting as it reminds me of when we were kids and would take the back roads with our Nana just to smell the alfalfa. Over all will return for an update after some usage.
