Really good quality rice flour
I picked this up to try out some gluten-free baking and itโs actually a lot better than I expected. The flour is very fine and smooth โ none of that sandy texture Iโve had with cheaper rice flours. Iโve used it in pancakes and a loaf of bread so far, and both came out light with a nice nutty flavour. It feels more wholesome than white rice flour, almost a bit richer, and it doesnโt taste bland. The bag is sturdy, reseals well, and has all the nutritional info clearly printed. I also like that itโs organic and made in Europe, which gives me some confidence in the quality. Price-wise itโs a little higher than supermarket options, but honestly Iโd pay the extra for the difference in texture and taste. Would happily buy again.

Very good quality but price is a bit excessive
I needed a rice flour that was made from 100% brown rice and not the white and brown blends that supermarkets have to offer. Iโve previously used the blends and they give inconsistent results with gluten free bread. When I found this as the cheapest organic brown rice flour on Amazon, I decided to give it a go. It is a very finely milled good quality flour in a thick paper bag. It arrived quickly with no spillage and I like the fact that it is low in arsenic, unlike other rice flours. I still believe that ยฃ8 for a kg of flour is a bit excessive but seeing no other options, I will continue to pay this and will soon order again as the bread it produces is incomparable. Iโve made 3 batches of bread now and I can happily say, thanks to this flour, I am off the long life gluten free bread for good. This would definitely be a 5* product if not for the price. Itโs great for home bakers looking to start out their adventures with gluten free baking as you can use it alone, or as I do, blend it with other flours such as buckwheat and tapioca to make your own all purpose blend. Overall, this product performs extremely well but I believe the price is a bit too excessive. I still would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality rice flour.

The product itself is very good But the packing really needs improvement. The paper bag and the plastic bag around were damaged
