Super Fast and Great Value!
This computer was recommended to me by a friend who is in the computer business and it did not disappoint. I was nursing a windows 10 computer that was old and tired and took way to long to boot up. I've been using it for 2 months now, it boots up super fast because of the I gig SSD drive and performs very well! It's a refirb but was package well and flawless cosmetically. Using it for 2 months and I'm very impressed. Windows 11 was a bit of a learning curve but I'm used to it now.. Sound card was not as rich and adjustable as the beats audio I had on the computer it replaced but this was not my use case and it's tolerable for all the money I saved.. Dell support site is great too and updated all my drivers, bios and firmware and the windows 11 updates worked as they should. A great value!!

It all works and works fast at whatever you need it to do!
This Dell Optiplex 7070 is the best. The SSD hard drive makes it lightning fast. A real plus when using this computer on or off the internet. It came with wireless mouse and keyboard Plenty of USB ports (9). A type "C" port on the front with a 3.1 and 2 - 2.0 ports also on the front. It has a Dvd/CD optical drive. A remarkable computer. It has WIFI connectivity built in. When needed, I would buy a Dell brand again.

Not worth it
When received desktop computer I wasn't able to connect to the wifi. Called Amazon they did like 1hr troubleshooting over the phone to find out the seller sent the wrong usb wifi adapter, they stated they will send the replacement part and asked me to send message to the seller through the app, which I did. Then the seller response that they cannot send the replacement part to me. I told him I will be returning the computer then. What do I do with a computer that cannot connect to the internet? This must be a joke! Not happy about this and the waste of time

Great PC - Poorly Packed - No WiFi Adapter
The PC arrived in 2 days as promised. It was packed in an inner box that was a few inches to big. It could slide around. And the outer box was way to big with no packing! In spite of that it came out undamaged. The boxeds themselves showed no signs of damage whatsoever as did the PC. Whew.Upon booting up and attempting to install Windows I hit a snag. It didn't see a WiFi adapter so it wanted me to use Ethernet. I don't have an Ether connection in my office/music room because it would be impractical requireing breaking into the walls and repairing and repainting. So I installed a USB-3 T-link WiFi adapter and rebooted. The install then proceeded fine. Later I opened the unit and as far as I could tell the WiFi module is missing. I contacted Amazon and they gave info to contact the seller. They were more than helpful. I opened up the older Dell XPS unit I'm retireing and it had a M.2 WiFi adapter. I decided not pursue installing an M.2 adapter because of the 2 VERY delicate intennae in the XPS. The XPS has a plastic top where the new one was all metal. I'll either install a faster USB adapter or a PCIe adapter if I need more speed. The PC looks like new. The windows install went fine. I'm satisfied 100% with the PC. Packing not so much. It did include a DVD R/W that I didn't expect. It compares with new units that cost twice as much.It is plenty fast enough for what I do and runs windows 11 and should be OK with the 24H2 when it comes back out. The XPS was not compatible with Win 11. I'll salvage the drives from the XPS and e-waste it.3/13/24 EDIT:I found the PC had a SSD with a known high failure rate. Basically a no-name brand. I replaced it with a Samsung SATA drive from my old PC. It still has ~ 98% of its life-- some 88 years!I also ordered a PCIe X1 TP-Link card which frees up one of my precious rear panel USB ports.I'm happy with the performance but with these issues there might be better deals at Amazon or elsewhere.

very good computer
I ordered this computer as a full tower because I wanted space inside to add a hard drive. Before it was sent out, the company offered me an upgrade. I declined, since I wanted the full tower for the space. Two weeks later, I received my new (SFF) small form factor computer. The first thing I did was open it to find there is an empty full size bay for an additional hard drive, along with the power and data cables. Nice! This computer is apparently new, not refurbished, for the same price. The first problem I had with installation was using a 28 inch Visio TV as a monitor for setup. The picture jiggled so badly I couldn't continue. My solution was to place the new computer in its permanent setup with a regular monitor and attach the old one to the TV. The included cordless keyboard is slightly warped, so typing is difficult. I know I could fix it with a piece of cardboard, but I chose not to. It has no on/off switch. The mouse is the type with no on/off button and has to be clicked if it is left for more than 2 minutes or so. Be careful where the cursor is when you wake it! Both the keyboard and mouse have a common nub that plugs into a USB port. Windows 11 is another long story, and would only drag down the quality of this hardware.

Highly Recommended
So far so good. Came packaged well and is a Great Value for the price I paid. I also purchased the additional warranty, it's nice to have that just in case. One of the USB ports does not seem to work but that is ok since it has so many other that it meets my needs. It is quiet and small - fits comfortably on my desk behind my monitor and I still have plenty space to for my two screen step.

better on the inside than the outside
Electrically, the computer worked Ok but the top cover was damaged (bubbled and pealing) and the front bezel had an incorrect model number on it (5060 instead of 7070). The case also had gummy adhesive apparently from labels had been removed. Fortunately, I have a good cover and bezel from a 7070 that went bad, so I am keeping this unit rather than rolling the dice and possibly receiving something in worse condition on my next purchase. On my previous attempt at buying a 7070. the unit had a malfunctioning drive activity LED. So I returned that and bought this instead. I really like the 7070 model and the price was good, but I would prefer to have less of a hassle in getting one that both worked well and looked good.
