EPSOM-IT Soothing Muscle Magnesium Lotion, Epsom Salt, Arnica Cream, 1-Pack

Helps my pain and dry feet. I'm unable to get in the bathtub due to my RA. So, I got this to try on my aches and pains. It works so well. It absorbs well, no greasy feeling afterwards. There is no scratchy salt it is all smooth feeling lotion. A little goes a long way.

This works really good on muscle aches and pains. I have tried several different things for my neck and back and this works better than all of them. It isn’t greasy and it doesn’t have an odor. Highly recommend this product.

Does not smell or have an odor. Just put a small amount on the injured area. Then begin to rub it in. Starts off like most creames but get absorbed quickly. Like to spend about 5 min or so, applying more and more. Helps with sore muscles and other achy areas.

Where has this stuff been all my life! I highly recommend this lotion. My feet are usually sore and achy after a long day of standing on them, before bed I rub this stuff on my feet and the pain instantly goes away. I have used it on my husband's shoulder. I also bought some for my dad and his knee/joint pain and my sister uses it for her back. My daughter even rubs it on her feet and she said it helps her go to sleep at night. I do feel it gives me a more restful sleep when I apply it before bedtime. I think you can tell how much I like it because I recommended it to my whole family!

I have muscle spasm in arch of foot ankle and legs been using a week and I getting more sleep because less cramps and believe me my cramp are bad pops veins out curls foot and was up all night so much relief ! The epsom salt lotion worked ok on my feet. I have neuropathy in my feet and find that the product called Mama Bear last longer than anything I’ve used so far. And I have tried a lot of different lotions. Amazon sells both products. Try the epsom salt lotion and see if it works for you!

Helps with body cramps (not menstrual) it also helped with sciatica pain in my legs.
