Soothing Muscle Magnesium Lotion, Epsom Salt, Arnica Cream, 1-Pack

Where has this stuff been all my life! I highly recommend this lotion. My feet are usually sore and achy after a long day of standing on them, before bed I rub this stuff on my feet and the pain instantly goes away. I have used it on my husband's shoulder. I also bought some for my dad and his knee/joint pain and my sister uses it for her back. My daughter even rubs it on her feet and she said it helps her go to sleep at night. I do feel it gives me a more restful sleep when I apply it before bedtime. I think you can tell how much I like it because I recommended it to my whole family!

Works immediately so its especially helpful for nighttime cramps and on court cramps. Lotion feels good going on and absorbs quickly. Does not leave residue like the gel does.

Will I was so shocked to find my favorite thing to bathe in for sore achy muscles! The thing that I fertilize some of my plants with epsom salts! But never had I seen epsom salts in a lotion! Well as I thought- it works! I applied it to my hands one of my worse areas and before I knew it my hands felt a measure of relief for hours. Awesome lotion

I ordered this lotion to help with muscle stiffness and leg cramps, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. I applied it to my legs and feet after a long day, and it absorbed quickly without leaving a greasy residue. I have been very pleased with this product. My husband suffered from neuropathy & it has really helped his pain. No it’s not a cure but it sure helped his discomfort.

The epsom salt lotion worked ok on my feet. I have neuropathy in my feet and find that the product called Mama Bear last longer than anything I’ve used so far. And I have tried a lot of different lotions. Amazon sells both products. Try the epsom salt lotion and see if it works for you!

This lotion is effective for soothing muscles, i.e. restless leg syndrome, night time pain and numbness in hands.

I am a zumba instructor and this product helps me with my sore muscles after class, love it, the only thing is that it dries white so make sure you don’t go out after applying.
