Wish I bought these years ago. They are reasonably priced, and they look great. They have thin rubber strips on the back that grip the stair-- no adhesive so you can easily reposition them! I don't need to move them when I vacuum, they stay in place. They are soft, and feel nice to walk on.

We moved from a ranch home in Florida to a split level in NC - my poor family isn't accustomed to stairs OR socks! After taking turns falling down our wooden stairs last year, we wanted a quick solution for this winter. I caught these on sale and didn't have high expectations, but they have been a game changer! So easy to install, have held up for the last 3.5 months of high traffic - 2 boys, 2 big dogs, lots of outside time - and still look great! The don't slip and look like new after a quick vacuum. Highly recommend!

Light weight and easy to handle. Adhesive strips make them extremely easy to peal up and reposition on steps. Looks very nice and they keep pets from slipping.

The carpet treds are really nice and easy to apply to steps that have been refinished. They adhere well and do not need any tacks or carpet tape to hold the corners in place. The plastic backing was easier to pull off on this set unlike the first set that I ordered. They are a nice width and length making it much safer. They are a bit thinner than expected but, are more pliable and softer than older stair treds. Going up a and down the stairwell is more comfortable as the treds are much more level with the steps reducing the possibility of tripping due to unevenness. I'm pretty sure that the treds are much easier to keep clean in addition to the exposed portion of the steps. I used these on the steps leading to my third floor. I could not find a matching rug for the landing so, I simply placed three treds together to create a carpet square for the landing. Sometimes, it's necessary to get a little creative to accomplish a goal. 😀 It turned out beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased. The treds are "RED" as described in the items description and not burgundy or maroon... I believe that these treds may last longer since they can be washed in the washer. I believe that they are worth the money and are much more pleasing to the eyes unlike thicker treds. I totally recommend this product!!!❤❤❤

These things stay stuck! I knew I wanted to do painted stairs with carpet of some sort as part of my renovation to keep it cheap instead of adding wood or laminate treads and I am so happy I picked these. Pattern is a nice touch and they are very high quality. The silicone keeps them planted and they don't move during normal use once placed. Vacuum won't pick them up very easily like most rugs which is nice. These are a great style upgrade for very little money on my painted staircase. Wish there was a an even larger area rug version than the 20x32 like a 40x32 for my other doorways.

This is exactly what I needed for my stairs. They look nice and do what they are intended to do. Purchased these after I noticed my my 15 year old Yorkie was slipping coming down the stairs and was worried about her getting injured.These stair carpets look nice, have good adhesion to the wood steps. I’ve washed them a couple of times and they still stick to then steps and look great. They are easy to clean with vacuum. They are soft and the quality is very good.I’ve had them for almost a year and they have performed extremely well. I would definitely recommend these carpets. I purchased 3 of the 4-piece sets, as it was cheaper than buying any of the other sets offered.

I needed some traction on my hardwood stairs as I recently got a puppy who will eventually be a fairly large dog. These work well and they were a breeze to install. I did carefully use a straight edge razor around the edges on back to make the peel layer easier to remove in two clean pieces. This was a tip from other reviewers and they were spot on. The carpeting looks to be durable and well made with nice edge binding and they stick very nicely and do not move, but also are easy to reposition if needed. I cleaned each wood stair step with a quick wipe of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad to remove any oils first. I ordered the brown ones so they will not show any dirt so that should help prolong their life on my staircase. I like these so much I am going to order again so I always have them on hand as replacements needed. I expect that will likely be a few years from now but i like these that much.3 month update: I continue to be impressed with these stair carpets. They are holding up very well under constant use and have not moved at all. They are easy enough to clean around with Bona on a paper towel to wipe down wood around them. The brown carpet pile is still in very good shape and shows no dirt making life easier. My puppy is now much bigger and these have been a wonderful safety upgrade. I did order a 2nd box, as I mentioned previously, which i now have on hand as replacements become needed but none have yet been needing replacement and I easily see getting a few years on these before that is needed. They look pretty much the same as they did the day I installed them. Highly recommended.

Looks good and stays put. Like some other reviews say it’s a little tedious to pull off the thin protective coating but it’s not that big of a deal. Got these to cover LVP steps and they work like a charm even for our French Bulldog with the zoomies. No movement since they were laid down 2 months ago. Just the right amount of cushioning under foot. Would recommend.

Je suis très satisfaite de ce produit. La couleur se marie très bien à mes escaliers et lui donne un aspect riche, et en plus c'est très confortable. Très belle qualité. Quelques coins se lèvent un peu mais pas trop. Le film à l'arrière est un peu difficile à enlever mais le produit en vaut la peine. Le tapis colle très bien sur la surface de bois. On peut l'enlever et le remettre plusieurs fois sans qu'il perde de son adhérence, et il ne laisse aucune trace. Très belle alternative pour ceux qui ne veulent pas faire de trous dans leur esacalier de bois en installant un long tapis.

We bought a house with beautiful hardwood stairs....which is a great idea but I found I wanted a bit of traction and padding on them. I inquired at a carpet store and they said they could come and install carpet stair treads for about $1500 and they would nail them into the hardwood! I thought: 'there has to be a better way!' I was sure I would be returning these KOMEER stair treads, but they really were easy to install and they look great. I was so proud of myself for putting them on so quickly and well! But then coming down the stairs I spilled a half a bottle of window cleaner on them: so I picked the carpets up, dunked them in a pail of water, let them hang dry and thought, well, if they work now they've really proven themselves! And they really did. Not sure why they don't move or shift and I've only had them for a couple of weeks but I'm really glad I went this route. Highly recommended!
