It's a great story and I highly recommend it, particularly for any child who needs a self-confidence boost. I was very happy to see this sequel. It is written in a similar style to the first book but this book is all about using your imagination instead of counting on fancy toys or television for entertainment. My daughter has begun asking for this one as well. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that Gertie, the girl who moves in next door, uses crutches. Nice inclusion of a special needs child without making a big deal about it, which I appreciate as my daughter uses a wheelchair. Kudos to the author and we will definitely be looking for more Molly Lou books in the future. I bought this to read to my cat. It is very cute. I love the colors. I love how full the pages are. I do not like the books that are so minimum you are buying nothing but the frame of the book. I like that she has black hair because I have black hair. I appreciate that. If you are looking for a fun book for your cat or yourself (I am over 40) then this is the book.

A hit for all ages!
As an elementary school librarian, I share this book with all my kiddos. They love the pictures, and they actually "ooh" and "ahh", at Molly's creativity! It's like watching them watch a movie! The book inspires creativity in me AND the kids. I gave it to a friend's 18-month old, and she loves it, too, and likes to talk about "Molly". This book is a hit!

Perfection!
I made my order Friday and was supposed to receive this by the following Tuesday, and I got it a day early! It arrived in PERFECT condition. I read through it immediately and loved it! I loved the first book when my teacher read it to me in second grade. Now I am a teacher and can't wait to read it to my kiddos!
