Looks great!
I ordered this product to use for my 5 month old daughters Halloween costume (She was a chicken). I originally thought the gold little ribbons mixed in with the feather bows were going to make the costume look weird but i couldn’t have been more wrong! It actually gave the costume the feel that she was growing out of a little yellow baby chicken and into a white chicken! The only thing that was a bit of a pin was that everywhere we went me left a bunch of stray feathers. It looked like a chicken exploded on the floor.

Beautiful color
I bought this boa because the dress I am wearing in the picture came with a boa that was very cheaply made and shedding real bad. I'm very satisfied with this new boa because it was Fuller in feathers and beautiful color. Yes it did shed. But not as bad as the cheaper one I had. And it also helped to shake it out really good to begin with and that made it shed less. As the night went on when I first wore this, the shedding was very minimal. I think any feather boa is going to have some amount of shedding, and I would still recommend this boa.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
It completely disintegrates on taking it out of the package. It looks like you've sacrificed a crow. You're left with a piece of string that looks like a rat tail with a couple straggly feathers barely hanging on. It got one star because negative or zero stars are not an option.

Looks Exactly Like the Picture - A Good Boa For the Money!
I was looking for fluffy, as this is being used for Halloween decoration. It works well for what I needed. It is more substantial than another play boa I purchased in the past. This is not an ostrich feather boa. You can see the difference compared to high-end vintage boas, which are usually thickly layered longer feathers. But there were cheap boas in the olden days, too!As other reviews also mention:1…It sheds a lot right out of the bag. Pieces of feather and pieces of feather stem. I opened it over the kitchen’s tiled floor, so I was able to catch all the little pieces in a wet cloth to clean up.2…It doesn’t work to just give it one vigorous shaking out, and then expect to not shed anymore. It just keeps on shedding. I assume that because it’s machine tied, not hand-tied. So the tying is haphazared.3…If you care to look closer, you’ll see that some of the feathers are cut off. It’s still fluffy, but this is not a handmade vintage-style boa.So these look like negatives, but only if you are trying to look like Josephine Baker for real. I got just what I paid for, and I’m happy!Happy Reader

Not my favorite
It was soft and the color was. Nice, but it lost feathers easily. Also, it had the rope hanging out on both ends, I guess that the feathers are attached to? My husband put some duct tape around it and cut off the big ends. Worked great, and the unsightly rope wasn’t seen.

Very nice! Bout to purchase another
All boas will have some feathers that fall so I always shake mine before I use them. These boas was very thick and not much feathers fell when I shook them. They worked very well for the project that I created. Bout to purchase again. Thanks

FEATHERS EVERYWHERE
It was super cute and went well for what I needed, but I promise you will not step a foot without feathers everywhere. I mean ALL OVER. Imagine if you dump glitter all over the floor and it’s impossible to clean up…. But with these feathers. It works but use at your own risk if you don’t want the mess.

Big, fluffy & true red color
Ordered 8 for a function. It was nice to save $4 off the listed price (5% savings when $50 - $99.99 ordered). These red turkey Chandelle feather boas are exactly what we needed. They are about 3” shy of 6’ long. Fluff to about 6” wide. Shipped in a clear cellophane envelope with a resealable opening - I’ll be keeping mine in that to keep it dust-free. They fluff up nicely - I shook one vigorously for about 30 seconds & didn’t lose many feathers (see 2nd photo). With the white multi-strand cord at each end, I just tightened the knot, cut it close & then used a permanent marker to color the cording to match. Took less than a minute per end. Can’t see the knot now at all.Price is right. Very satisfied with this product.
