Works well with pixel 6 in an OtterBox Defender.
Works well with pixel 6 in an Otter Box Defender. Easy to hit the charging spot. It is not magnetic when using the case. Does charge, but maybe not as fast as the cord. You will need to purchase a 30 watt or higher usb wall wart adapter. It is not included. The only thing I noticed is if left over night, though the phone will be at 100% relatively quickly, the phone will still be warm the next morning. I am not sure if it automatically stops charging or not. Either way, the port on the phone broke and this is keeping it charged without taking off my case. Calling it a win.

Set down the phone and go
I like the convenience of placing the phone on the charger rather than plugging it in, but the major reason I purchased the wireless charger was because the USB port became loose and the plug would disengage with the slightest movement and stop recharging. Many mornings I awoke to a nearly dead battery. So now, that problem is resolved.I use a leather case and the phone still charges. Actually, the phone stops charging at 98%. Maybe it's a safety feature, I don't know.My Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra gets a little hot during charging too.I am satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend it if you are on the fence buy it!

Simple - Yet Effective Charging Pad
I used to think that wireless charging was not much more than a gimmick...and then I got my first phone that used this feature (the Nexus 4) and my opinion was transformed almost immediately. The ability to just sit my phone down and it immediately begins to charge is a feature that I cannot stress is the opposite of a "gimmick".It took forever for apple to adopt it, too - which I never understood...but oh well. Cupertino has all kinds of reasons for doing what they do and hey, they ARE the most valuable tech company on earth so who am I to judge what they do?Slowly, wireless charging has become more efficient and now the S24 Ultra can charge at up to 15W speeds...which isn't very fast at all, I know...but it's better than the measly 5W that they used to charge at. The thing is, almost all wireless charging pads will give you the bare charging speed unless you make sure it can support higher. I finally sprung for a faster wireless charging pad and once you pair it with a cable that can handle that (don't worry, it comes with one) and a brick to plug it into, well now you're cookin'. But, keep in mind, you will need a wall charger, cable and charging pad in order to be able to pull that off. This pad is 30W, meaning that even though it can support higher charging speeds, I'm still not going to be able to charge my phone faster than the 15W it's rated for...and that's okay. It works, and I love how thin it is. Fits almost anywhere and really does charge my phone pretty quickly. Long story short: I love mine.

Too slow, see below for MUCH FASTER Qi receiver and charger combination
How to get FAST Charging and not heat!I tried a bunch of different combinations of Qi chargers and receivers. One combination charged VERY FAST!Receiver:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08ZNP3Y76?ref=fed_asin_title&th=12000 mah QI Receiver Type C for Samsung Galaxy A51 - Type C Wireless Charging Adapter USB-c - Fast Qi Wireless Receiver Type CIt is made by YK YKING but if you put YK YKING in the above search, it doesn’t come up.Charger:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CKXKYSMY?ref=fed_asin_title&th=1ESR for MagSafe Charger 15W Wireless Charger for iPhone 16 Pro Max/16 Pro/16/16 Plus/15/14/13/12 Apple Magnetic Charging Pad for AirPods 4/3/Pro/Pro 2 Galaxy S25 Series with Dual USB A/C Ports, BlackSurprisingly, it outperformed chargers rated higher than 15wIn addition, it is built MUCH BETTER than the other Qi chargers, much better/stronger/longer cable and magnet to hold whatever you put on it steady. It is smaller too.Part of the solution to getting best performance out of the charger is the power source you plug it into.To get best charging speed, you MUST plug it into a 9 volt 2 amp source. Less than 9v or 2a, not only will the charging speed be substantially reduced, both the charger and the receiver will run hot, since they are not getting enough power, so they are not running smoothly and consistently and instead varying charge and struggling to stay at optimum.Anyway, I hope this helps.Spent a lot of time, trying different Qi chargers and receivers, measuring charge rates and times and this one combination was immensely faster than all others! Almost as fast as a direct cable, instead of wireless Qi.

Wireless charger
Worked good for a phone that the charging port broke. Took it with me to work and home until I bought a 2nd

Charges quickly
This charger is great, but it absolutely depends on the kind of case you have on your phone. A plain case with no credit card holder or clip is your best bet. It only works with my phone if I take it out of the case (I have two credit cards in my phone case and it's too much distance. You have to sit the phone on the charger in just the right spot for it to charge, which is my only complaint — if you bump it just slightly, no charge. It's best for an out-of-the way location or a room that won't have any activity for the charge period.I don't know if it's possible, but it'd be so nice for chargers to be able to charge when the phone is face down. I prefer to sleep with my phone that way so there's no light. The good news is the light on the charger does turn off when it's charging. You just have to wait a couple minutes. The bad news: It seems to stay lit up when it's just plugged in and not charging. I don't need even more light sources in my room. Overall, it's inexpensive, but it's also just as easy to plug the phone into a charging cable that doesn't require the phone to be "just so."

Definitely not a fast charging pad
I am so disappointed with this charging pad. It charges but at a snail pace. Not worth the price either.
