Good acceleration and sound
The installation is done easily. I’ve had this intake for a year an a half and still enjoy it. It makes your car sound better. Better acceleration.

Ease of insulation
Someone with very little mechanical skill can install this easily. Only took me about an half hour to install. The increase in engine noise is amazing. Gives you improved throttle response . Would highly recommend this product.

Poor welding a quality control, Can't use product
Received the intake and the MAF hole and adapter plate are not lined up and unable to use MAF sensor. AS for how this is not noticed during production I don't know. Currently emailed K&N and waiting for a response will update if they send me a new one.

I would pass on this intake
I have been buying k and n intakes for years and had them on multiple cars. They are usually good quality. However this kit has serious fitment issues and is not very stable. I would recommend getting a different intake with better fitment

Perfect sound
With ueal header and catback this is exactly the part that needed to surround the engine sound in the car.Throtle response improved and top end revs more freely.No Brenner ,just perfect.

Installed on my 2023 gr86 premium. Install was extremely straight forward. Sounds great over 3k rpm’s.One Con, you can see in any install photos, it doesn’t line up with the stock in bumper intake. It’s close enough but still pulling in engine bay hot air.

Never disappointed with K&N
Super straight forward install. Removal of stock airbox and installation of the cold air intake took about a half hour with a flat head screwdriver and a 10mm socket. It sounds great and there is a very obvious increase in throttle response.
