How do you attach this pad

I used small velcro straps in the middle and the ends to attach the pad to my Grado 325x.

Will this fit the Sennheiser HD 560s?

No this headband pad will not fit on the Sennheiser HD-560s . This headphone use a wider headband . Plus this headband pad is longer too might not fit on the Sennheiser HD-560s .

Will these fit on Audeze Penrose?

This product will not fit on the Audeze Penrose too large . If you cut it maybe this product will fit . But, not that sure about the size too .

Would I be able to attach these to other types of headphone headbands using double-sided tape?

Probably Iknow these pads will fit on Grados.
