Can I mount the base on 8x8 inches mounting rack?

Even if the bracket does not perfectly to the rack on your bike it will still work. The supplied bracket is very strong so the top case is sturdy. I am very satisfied with this product.

How do you open the case? The keys are inside of it.

I had no problems with the case. The keys were not inside the case, they were in the package. It had been a wonderful product for me!!!

Will this case fit on a sukuki burgman executive?

It's a universal fit. I mounted mine on my 2001 Kawasaki Concours and had to do a bit of fabrication. The plastic mounting plate that comes with the box is fairly sturdy if you are able to flat-mount the case, but if you have any cantilever in the mounting, you'll be better off fabricating a metal bracket out of thick-gauge steel. At the end of the day, it's a fairly inexpensive piece of kit, but it it very large and looks pretty good when mounted. The only real downside is the quality of the mounting bracket for some applications. I hope this helps.

Will this fit on a 2015 Honda Metropolitan?

As long as you have a place to mount the bracket for it you can use it. I suggest you use something more robust for a backing plate so it doesn’t end up in the road though
