Nice product if you are into cleaning your own ears.
Great product. I can use it to clean my ears. The problem is, you will need to get used to maneuvering it if you are not used to using it. When you turn the otoscope, the background rotates, but the plastic scoop attachment that you see at the end remains in the same position. It's hard to get used to it especially if you are trying to scoop the earwax on the bottom side of the ear canal, which then, everything is up side down and backwards. It would be great if the app can be reprogrammed so that there would be an option for the scoop to rotate with the background staying in place, or the scoop remains and the background rotating (which is currently how it is now).As for the metal scoops that it came with, I never use it. I don't like sticking anything in my ear unless I can see what I'm picking. You cannot insert the otoscope and the metal scoop at the same time.

Broken on its second use, and only a 30 day return window.
Unfortunately the original reason we bought this item came and went without needing it, months ago. Yesterday I tried to use it for the second time since buying it (after letting it charge overnight) and it won't turn on at all.For the price, it's more than a little frustrating to have such a short return window (30 days) on something that is apparently so quick to break. When it *did* work, the camera quality was decent, but the three LED are quite dim.I would highly encourage spending your money elsewhere.

I would give it an A+ if the attachments to the otoscope weren’t plastic and so flimsy. But because they are, I’m giving it an A-. The camera on the otoscope is amazing and super clear! Very easy to use! I love it; this will save a lot of time and money from having to go to the dr!!!!

So disappointed :(
The app used with the camera CONSTANTLY crashes if it opens at all. The battery dies super fast.After only a handful of times trying to get it to work the power button stopped working.

This isn't a good tool. Wifi connection was terrible
This isn't a good tool. Wifi connection was terrible. I had it working for a week and then it stopped working. Also, the on/off button didn't work properly as the light keeps turning on and it won't turn off when you already hold more than 5 or 10 seconds. The battery gets hot like it was going to explode.
