If you decide to go this cheaper route, it blows a bit cool but doesn’t perform wonderfully. Big tip: use Google translator to help you figure out Chinese manual and remote.

Definitely uses fuel
To be honest, who knows if this thing actually works but it says no fuel consumption 12 volt. The 12 volt comes from your alternator which is powered by your engine which uses fuel. That's an absolutely ridiculous statement. If it's a large air conditioner, it's going to fry your alternator also
