Why does it say “ please do not look under the bag” at the top of the photo? lol

Really? It’s a joke, the expiration date is under the bag…they want you to look to see it’s fresh.

But what is under the bag?

How long does it last? Is it suitable for long term storage?

To Reconstitute: For 1 Glass (8oz), add ⅓ cup dry milk to 1 cup water. For 1 Quart, add 1 ⅓ cup dry milk to 4 cups water. Blend or use a whisk to mix until smooth. Dry storage, sealed container should last 6mo to 1 year.
