These are great and all. The sound quality is decent, not crystal clear or anything but for the price you are paying, it's well worth it. The retraction of the earbuds are great, sometimes it can be slow but more often than not, it retracts relatively fast. The controls work great and it connects easily to any device I tried it on. So you must be asking yourself...why is it 2 stars only then? Well, that's because the range and connection of these earphones are complete trash. I would be holding my phone in my hand, below my waist and then all of a sudden, music stops and it disconnects and tries to "pair". The same thing happens when I leave my phone on my chest while I am lying down on my couch and it disconnects again. It would have been 5 stars easily if it was not for the connection/range issue. If it can't connect, it ain't worth it.Update (3 months later):Right side does not work anymore after I left it on my desk for a month of no use. Dropping ti down to 1 star now.

I bought these headphones because I didn’t like the ones they sell in stores where I’m at these ones are better than those they have the same retractable wires for the headphone itself and even have noice canceling features with them they work perfect I don’t ever have a problem with them they also charge fast

I purchased this in September and a month-and-a-half after I received it one of the earpieces quit working I tried to see if I could return it or exchange it but it now says my window is closed I have barely use them I had LG Tone headphones for 6 years and never had a problem.

I've been looking for a bluetooth headset to use when I do exercise. This headset is exactly what I want- good quality, convenient to use, and fancy looking. You can put it on your neck when you’re doing exercise. It’s lightweight. Very nice product!

I received it in Monday. Used it for first time on Tuesday. It wouldn't work if my phone was not directly in front of me. Today is Wednesday and it wont even stay connected. I have had cheaper devices that functioned better than this. This device is horrible.

To early to review device but not the instructions in box. First, the font is so small they are hard to read. Even worse, they are missleading and wrong in some cases. Lastly, the English is very poor. If you are going to sell globally, make the effort to provide usable instructions.

I got this as a gift for my wife, it came in the mail very quickly and was packaged nicely. She loved it! It has great sound and is more sturdy than the cheaper ones. She tested the battery to see how long it would last, she played music on it all day until that night when she was going to bed and it wasnt close to dying yet. Super great product, I highly recommend it.

The retractable earpiece already broke. It doesn’t go back in. It only lasted 1 day. I don’t recommend this at all.
