Organic Meditation Mat Zabuton/Floor Pillow - 3 & 4 Inch Thickness Options - Prevents Knees & Legs Pain

I hoped this zabuton would support my legs, knees, hips, and feet without discomfort while I sit on my zafu for Zazen, and it really does. The balance of softness and support is perfect for me. I don't have to change positions any more during my sit to alleviated pain or numbness. When I was younger, I had no problem placing my zafu directly on the floor or rug, but now that I'm older, this has changed. I love the kapok filler, which matches the zafu I've had for decades. The size and shape of this zabuton is excellent as well. It is beautiful, well made, and just what I needed. Very pleased.

I didn’t know if I needed this, but I’m really glad I got it. I like to sit on my knees with the cushion in between my legs and this is needed for my knees and for me to sit still comfortably. I will say it would be nice if there was stitching across the pad so the filler stayed put. if you pick it up on one side, it tends to fall to the bottom just a little bit but once you fluff it back up to make it even it’s not a problem. I got the extra large and I’m glad that I did as well makes me feel like there’s so much room where I’m sitting. I am 5’8 and if I sit in the middle, my knees almost reach the edges.

This zabuton is getting better every day. I initially was not happy due to lumps and not 4” and I reached out to the seller and she is so caring and kind and offered refund or exchange so that I might be happy with purchase. She truly cares. Today I washed the cover and fluffed the insert letting it air and sit out all day. What a transformation, it’s more comfy, full, the cover washed nicely with no shrinkage. I want to keep it! No exchange or refund necessary. It’s perfect! A+ quality, it’s from India and I can imagine the hands that thoughtfully crafted this beautiful zabuton. 🥰❤️ quite the journey from India to my meditation space. It’s a keeper 🙏💯❤️

I received the Maya Lumbini teal green mat to match my cushion. It is a great size and makes it more comfortable for sitting on the floor as it pads my ankles and legs. This is a big bonus for me as my floors are slate so in addition to padding it also provides some warmth too. The color is great and the craftmanship is of good quality. When I'm not using the mat the dogs find it comfortable too. I appreciate the videos you can watch further explaining the use of the Maya Lumbini products. I would recommend the purchase of this mat and the cushions.

I like the fact that it's all natural and it feels kind of nice. It's not as heavy and not as thick as my other cushion. But it's really a nice soft feel, and it has adequate cushion

This mat was not as thick as I was led to believe. Not suitable for my zazen practice.

I was excited to receive this product until I unboxed it and removed the plastic wrap to find that for some reason they taped it in half by directly applying adhesive tape to the pillow….leaving marks on it. It was not cheap and should have been taped outside the plastic.

Die Meditationsmatte ist von der Größe her einfach nur genial. Super Qualität des Stoffbezugs auch von der Verarbeitung. LEIDER GIBT ES ABER EINEN PUNKT ABZUG!!! Der Grund hierfür ist relativ einfach, das Füllmaterial (also die Schafs oder Alpakawolle) richt extrem unangenehm nach mist!). Nun muss ich diese wohl nochmals aus dem Innenfutter entnehmen und evtl. versuchen diese zu Waschen oder durch andere nicht richende Wolle zu ersetzen. Daher nur 4-Sterne ansonsten hätte ich gerne 5 gegeben.

Schnelle Lieferung und auch optisch sehr schön. Das Gewicht ist jedoch etwas schwer, deshalb zum Mitnehmen nicht wirklich geeignet. Auch nimmt die Matte beim Darauf-Sitzen nicht so schnell Wärme an, was beim Tragen einer dünnen Hose schon spürbar unangenehm werden könnte. Waschbar ist nur der Bezug.
