I initially gave this product 1 star. I'm editing to 3 because the product itself isn't terrible, but the fact that I can't enable the skill in Amazon Echo is irritating. I did return the lamps. Below is my original review.I'm sort of torn writing this review. I feel the person answering my questions is truly trying to help. I have asked repeated questions which you can see under the question section. Unfortunately, the person answering the questions isn't on the same page as I am. He keeps telling me to log into the seetime app which isn't the problem I've done that at least 150 times on multiple devices after I made an account. (And yes I logged out each time on each device, so when we get further into this, kindly do not assume I am logged into the app on multiple devices.) I also tried logging in as a visitor. I was able to log in many times.Here are the instructions in setting up the smart bulb to the lamp:Step 1. Sign into see-time Light APP using your account. Make sure your account is verified. - Did that. Took a while, but I did it.Step 2. Configure Device and save to the device list in see-time Light APP, set a suitable name for your device. - Did this too.Step 3: Go to the "Skills" section of your Alexa APP. - Did that. Pretty easy.Step 4. Search for "seetime", when found, tap the seetime skill to enable it.step 5. Input your see-time Light Account (telephone/email address and password) - This is where I'm stumped. IT WILL NOT ACCEPT MY PASSWORD. I have logged into the seetime app > 100 times with no problem. I am 100% sure I have the correct username and password. I checked repeatedly, had someone else type it in, checked the "Show password" box to ensure it was the correct password. I am not using the wrong password, the app simply won't take my password.I purchased these colored lights to use with my Echo, but the Echo will not detect them because I can't log into the seetime app through Alexa. What a stupid problem to have. I will be returning these lights tomorrow. Pity really, as the lamps are nice looking and the colors on the bulbs (which I could control using my phone, proving I used the correct password) are really beautiful. Whether it's on the seetime end or the Amazon end, it doesn't matter. After four days of headache, they lamps are going back.

I have followed the enclosed instructions several times. It takes too long to connect to my Wifi so it cannot complete the set-up. It is the recommend speed as well. I have even tried to set it up manually but then it prompts me to connect to Wifi... Only I can't. Can't even use it. Very disappointed.

It worked well once I got it set up, but the setup for it was really poorly documented and confusing. It's a pretty standard situation where a low cost Chinese product has badly written instructions. If you can get through that though it works as advertised.

Like many others, I am unable to get the Seetime app to work and unable to connect the lamps (I'm a fool and bought 2!) to connect to my Alexa or Echo. I am so very disappointed. The light setting is also very dim, so the two together don't even light up my room. :(

Product did not come with instructions. Also it came in a regular box so it seems like someone bought this lamp took it out of its box and ship in a regular box. App for lamp is terrible, docesnt work case sensitive. Lamp switch button on wire is loose and it makes the light flicker. It is not Alexa friendly.

Works great! I recommend the lamp.

Unable to sync with Alexa. See-time app is deficient, which makes the "Alexa Smart Table Lamp" just a "Table Lamp". Don't waste your money.

It's a lot of fun and works well with Alexa. Not hard to set up. Follow the directions and it's a snap.
