ZWILLINGPro 2-pc Prep Knife Set

The one star isn`t for the knives. Zwilling are the best, but these are advertised as Zwilling Pro knives when they actually send you Zwilling Gourmet knives. Completely different knives of much lesser quality. I thought the first order could of been a mistake, so I did a return for replace and they sent me the exact same set the second time. In the pic you can see the knives they sent and the bottom knife is my pro series ( The Pro series has a 1/2 bolster ) Sending them back again.

Like any knife, occasional sharpening is required. Unlike most inexpensive knives, these require only a few strokes on my PriorityChef manual sharpener and they're ready to use in near-original condition.

These are two beautiful knives. I bought the set for the serrated knife (which was recommended by America’s Test Kitchen) but I actual prefer using the other. I have been making excuses to cut things ever since these knives were delivered. These knives are perfectly weighted, feel so comfortable in the hand and cut through everything like buttah!

I’m in love with the Zwilling “Pro” series. It feels good in my hand and is sharp as the dickens!

Nice pair of knives. We bought them because we saw the serrated knife used for cutting tomatoes cleanly. It works great!

These are great knifes and are very sharp. We have several of types of this brand and all are great.

This combo set is hard to come by as they are always out of stock. Lightweight, sharp and easy to hold, very happy with this purchase.
