I tried the Wonderskin Lip Stain Masque in the shade Whimsical and ended up liking it more than I expected. The application is a bit different at first but once you get used to it it’s pretty easy and actually fun. The shade gives a soft natural tint that looks really nice for everyday and you can build it up if you want a bit more colour. What I liked most is how well it lasts, it stayed on even after eating and drinking which I didn’t expect. It can feel slightly dry after a few hours but a bit of lip balm fixes that. Overall it’s a really good low maintenance option if you want something that lasts without constant touch ups.

I kept seeing this advertised so I wanted to see what the big deal was all about and I was pleasently surprised! The bright blue when you first apply it does take a bit of getting use too but it helps to see where needs more or less applying, it dries very quickly and like a face mask it just peels off. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because although it stains your lips it comes off where the is any moisture so it is very obvious depending on the shade but I guess you don't have to worry about getting it on your teeth! If you make a mistake it is easy enough to get off so although it is a really good product that I'll be using you'd need to top it up every hour or so if you wanted to keep the colour.

What an absolute game-changer. I tried it last weekend when I had an all-day event, and wow—this stuff really lives up to the hype. I applied the masque, which felt a bit strange at first because it's like painting on a thick layer. I let it dry (took a few seconds), then wiped it off with just some water. Once it was off, the colour was bold and even, way better than I expected. It literally lasted ALL DAY. I’m talking morning coffee, lunch, and even dinner without needing to touch up. No smudging, no transferring to cups—nothing. It felt incredibly lightweight, like I wasn’t wearing anything at all, which I loved. A couple of things to note: - Make sure your lips are smooth and moisturised beforehand because it can cling to dry patches. - You have to be precise with the application since it stains quickly. I will be using this daily!! It’s perfect for days when I know I won’t have time to reapply lipstick. Different colours are going straight into my basket!

I was incredibly excited to try this product. I had seen all the content on social media and have to admit I was genuinely wowed by the colour changing application etc. I knew the price point was high but having been promised long lasting, I had high hopes. I find it hard to keep lipstick on unless it’s matte or stain and was hoping that this product was the solution. Unfortunately once I had the satisfaction of watching the blue solution wipe off into a gorgeous berry colour, I realised that this product wasn’t all I had hoped. Patchy adhesion to my lips meant that they immediately looked uneven. I read up again and followed the steps, exfoliating, blotting and prepping my lips. Repeated the process, still no joy: tried applying it over a base coat of stain and it just wouldn’t stay. It’s bitterly disappointing as the colours are gorgeous but there’s no point paying nearly £20 for a product that doesn’t work. Such a shame.

Easy to use and such a natural gorgeous colour. My lips don’t feel dry or sticky and the colour lasts all day. Great value for money and there is no plastic chemical smell like other lip stains. The colour is also buildable.

I’m writing a 5* review but, it comes with some caveats. If you order this for the first time, don’t expect a perfectly even and easy application until you’ve used it a few times, it can seem messy! Also, don’t expect to be able to peel it. Don’t believe the adverts, I haven’t been able to do it yet anyway however, a quick wipe with a damp (not wet) cotton pad or similar does the job! It’s a thick(ish) texture but not unpleasant and you quickly get used to it. What you should expect is, regardless of how messy it may seem when you apply, you end up with an even, gorgeous lip tint that lasts all day! It’s the first stain I’ve found lasts all day and I come from benefit tint! It doesn’t dry your lips out like some other brands and doesn’t go patchy like others I’ve tried. I haven’t mastered the lip liner approach but I’ve seen others do it effectively to give a light outline. Do I recommend this product??? Absolutely!! Totally smudge proof and doesn’t transfer onto coffee mugs etc.

I have not found the colour is as advertised. All appear various shades of pink. Even the xoxo appears pink not light rose. The colour does not last as long as advertised, despite following advice regarding how to prepare before using and applying lip balm over the top. Disappointing.

Nice colour. Easy application. Colour lasts a few hours but certainly not all day, which is disappointing because reapplication is not straightforward when you're out or at work.

A la verdad no entiendo las reseñas negativas. Si aplicas suficiente producto y esperas más del tiempo sugerido,tienes justo lo que quieres y esperas. Si vas a quererte ahorrar producto,mejor no lo compres. Cubre bien tus labios. Es del tamaño de un rimmel. Fácil de aplicar. Para las chicas que tienen mañanas ocupadas, y les gusta el makeup sencillo y "natural", es preferible aplicarlo antes de dormir. Duermes con el producto en los labios. Algo menos que hacer, o aplicar. Yo sufro de labios resecos,haci que aplicar balsamo o lip oil es crucial, y se ve fenomenal. No te gusto el color? Prueba otro. Depende te tu tono de piel y que tan intenso te gustan los labiales.

Been dying to try these viral lip stains and they did not disappoint! The applicator is perfect for being able to line your lips first, then fill them in for a clean look. I love how it goes on metallic blue, so much fun! Once the blue is wiped away it leaves a perfect coloured lip underneath, that is definitely transfer proof! I personally find it lasts me all day. You can also use this just as a lip liner with some gloss on top for a subtle and fresh look. Will definitely be buying again!

This product is over hyped on social media. Unless your lips are butter soft with no imperfections it won’t look good. It sticks more to dry areas resulting in a very patchy look. I them lip scrubbed and tried again but it wasn’t an even colour. The colour was a bit dark to start but didn’t last all day either. It’s also better on light skin people, if you already have pigment on your lips the colour isn’t as great. Very meh I wouldn’t buy this again tbh. Prefer the look of a more pigmented gloss.

Me ha sorprendido, mucho. Había probado otros y no me gustaba el tono, dejaba trozos violetas en el labio, etc y este en cambio es perfecto. Es fácil de aplicar, se seca enseguida, se retira fácilmente con una toallita húmeda o papel higiénico y dura todo el día. Aplicándolo a las 6:00 de la mañana, todavía dura por la tarde hasta pasadas las 19:00. Cuando se termine, lo volveré a comprar.
