I use this for baking and making milk bread dough. Quality is solid for the price. Made in USA, non-GMO, gluten free if that matters to you. Two pound bag lasts a long time. Dissolves well in warm water without much effort. No stubborn clumps sitting at the bottom of the glass. A quick stir or shake and it's smooth. Mixes easily into dry ingredients for baking too, just sift it in with the flour. The taste is creamy and close to real whole milk. Not chalky or watered down like some powdered milks I've tried. Easy on the stomach, no digestive issues. I've also added it to smoothies and coffee when I'm out of regular milk and it blends right in. Having a bag of this in the pantry is just convenient. Doesn't go bad quickly like regular milk and you always have it when you need it. Good stuff.

Soooooooo flipin' good! Rich, creamy, good quantity. Doesn't go well as a spoon into coffee, needs more than justca stir. I used a wisk when making the actual milk for disolvability.

Great as usual. All Anthony's product have delivered every time, so far never disappointed. This whole milk powder tastes more like regular milk if you mix it with water according to the instructions, cover with a tight lid and place it in the fridge over night. Love this powdered milk, as I do not have to worry about having a regular liquid gallon on hand, worrying about spoilage. I can mix up the exact amount of powdered milk I need each time and none goes to waste.

Dependable, affordable, great for smaller or older families as one can avoid milk spoiling and easy to use. One can mix what one needs.
