I loved the product itself (wooden vine front initial "B"), it was beautiful, crisp and large. However, it arrived broken and/or cracked in three places since there was no protective wrapping (bubble wrap, tissue paper, cardboard back). The thin slice of wood was just placed in a large flat box, so it was was either damaged before shipping or during shipping. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

Beautiful but arrived broken
Absolutely beautiful, and light weight and is the perfect size for the front door. However, the circle of leaves is cracked in half. I love it too much to return it, so I'll repair it myself.
