Pros: These Blum slides are worth the money, and this was a good deal on six of them. So much cooler than side-mount drawer slides. The slides are reasonably forgiving in terms of alignment. The action is smooth, and the self-close is a wonder of engineering design. I could stare at them closing all day. Unavoidable: As for installing the slides, cabinets are tight spaces, and it would help to be a Hobbit. Cons: The packaging used to send these was, ahem, minimal. Scarcely thicker than a shoebox. Six of these weigh about 40-50 lbs, so the box was nearly falling apart when it arrived. I would suggest a few extra pieces of cardboard. I mounted these directly to the 'floor' of the cabinet, and as such, I needed the #6 Truss head screws ...which did not come with the kit. A quick trip to the hardware store solved that, but it seems like an oversight. When I ordered a single pair of these slides from another vendor, it came with the truss head screws. It was a small disappointment in an otherwise good experience.

Never order anything from JIS INC!! They sent us the wrong items and were very unprofessional when we contacted them. The item page on Amazon said they were fully adjustable glides and they are not. If you look at the ad page it has the locking devices (where the adjustments are made) turned upside down so you can't see that there are no adjustment dials on the unit. The ad clearly states 'DIY-friendly installation with tool-free height and tilt adjustments lets you fine-tune the position of your drawer fronts for perfect alignment and professional results.' There is no adjustment. They also do not display the model number anywhere on the front page, as it is under a drop-down menu further down the page. They cleverly put the ad next to the single F-Series slide (which we needed) in a quantity of six, so that's what you think you are getting six of the f-Series. Unfortunately, after speaking with them, we can not return these slides (almost $400) to JIS INC, as we do not feel we will be issued a full (or for that matter any) refund. They tried to tell us that Blum was responsible for putting up the sales page on Amazon. We contacted Blum and said they do not sell on Amazon and have nothing to do with the JIS INC sales page. We were misled presale and lied to post sale. We asked them to please put the exact model number of which glide they are selling clearly on the top of their sales page so this does not happen to anyone else. Their response was to argue and offer no resolution. BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered this to replace a drawer runner that was damaged due to "pushing down" on the trash and recycling cans. This was the exact same unit. It is important to note that it can be very tricky to install so follow the directions and if you run into a bind, contact the seller as they have provided contact info and are willing to assist.

Blum are wonderful slides, however, the measurements are off. I ordered the 21" slides, however the slides are actually 21.5" long. Wish the actual dimension were listed. The product description states " A 21-inch runner pairs with a 21-inch drawer length. For face frame cabinets using rear mounting brackets, your inside cabinet depth should be at least 21-15/16 inches and no more than 23-19/32 inches. For frameless cabinets, only the minimum depth matters". I am not using rear mount, and the 21" slides are actually 22.5". The description is a little confusing/misleading. When it says "for frameless cabinets, only the minimum depth matters".... My bad for not verifying on the company website. Just be aware. Now I have to either return and reorder something else or put on a face frame..... not happy.

Bought these thinking they would simply replace my Blum slides that weren't soft close. The new ones are 3-4 mm narrower causing installation issues with drawers rubbing the side of the slide. Got them to work but it wasn't easy. Wish the had different s8ze options for older cabinets.

They are well made, however, in spite of the premium price, they come with the cheapest locking devices that have ZERO adjustments. Had I known that I would never have purchased. The adjustable locking devices are 40 bucks a pair extra driving up the cost for a single drawer to over $100 each. You can buy quality side drawer slides for 5 bucks a pair. I should have done the research before jumping in. Never again.

We are really sad that we invested a lot in these drawer slides and one broke! Not at all the quality we expected for the price. I tried to message the seller and it bounced back and said I couldn’t message them. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend because of this.
