How do these taste? i've been using bariatric advantage high adek and they smell and taste terrible. i taste them all day long.

It is K1 and the B12 is methylcobalamin

Is this water soluble a,d,e & k?

It is a capsule so I would assume you could open and pore into water and it would desolve but I haven’t tried it. They are not so big and fairly easy to swallow. There are chewable ADEK gummies as well sold by beatific fusion.

Are the vitamins A and D water miscible?

I looked up water miscible, and A and D vitamins are not water miscible!
