I have been purchasing this particular shilajit on a regular basis over the past 12-18 months and it has been working great, I have it before bed in the evenings mixed in either milk or herbal teas and wake up the next day feeling invigorated and refreshed also for me personally it really helps with recovery after training in the gym before taking this shilajit I was always very sore after a training session but now my body doesn't feel as sore when waking up because of the shilajit helping me sleep properly and also the compounds in the shilajit itself boost testosterone production which have great benefits to day to day life, overall I recommend trying this product if you would like to improve your health and well-being and reap the rewards of that.

I enjoyed the Shilajit, it came nice, thick and goopy but not rock hard which indicates a quality product. I took about the recommended amount on the included wooden serving spoon twice a day.In terms of effects, I felt overall better focus, more energy and a feeling of wholeness which is hard to put into words but you know it when you feel it.In terms of value for money, I think it is worth it as you only need to use a bit at a time as and when you want it's effects and my jar lasted over 2 months.Overall I would highly recommend this supplement.

Shilajit is a great supplement. It gives me more energy throughout the day and helps with focus. I also feel less tired after workouts. Easy to take and totally worth trying!

Amazing product. It works for me. I have been taking it for a while now and have been feeling more energetic and focused. I take the fullDose in the morning. The taste isn’t great , but manageable; I take it with water, which helps with the taste.

When taken regularly, as a 47 year old man I noticed I slept better and had more energy during the day. Lasts a long time and doesn’t taste too bad (earthy). There isn’t much of a smell either. For how much it costs I’d say this works really well and is worth trying if in doubt. Very happy with this product and will happily be purcahsing again.
