Living Express 28" Large Pooper Scooper for Dog

Concerned about the exposed springs because it snapped closed really loud and hard; sounded like a gun shot and scared our near neigbbor. Does not hold a doggie bag as shown in diagram..too big so tried a plastic store bag did not work well either. Too much hassle; just wanted to quickly pick up after small dogs. Returned even though we pay shipping return.

I'd give this negative stars if it were possible. The place where the handle attaches to the jaw area does not stay attached. It's similar to the plastic clips on grocery carts to hold children in. Those 2 pieces will NOT stay together. I have 3 Great Danes, needless to say a good scooper is essential. That said, I'd rather use a grocery bag on a gloved hand than have to try to use this scooper.

I purchased this pooper scooper and am extremely disappointed with the product. The scoop comes apart every time you open it to scoop poop. It becomes worthless at this time. It will snap back together, but never stays in place. I cannot use this product and went back to my old metal one that is also problematic, but at least picks up poop. I would suggest that the company revisit this problem and fix the part that will not stay in place. I would not purchase this item until the problem is fixed.Also I left a review for the owner stating exactly what I said in this review and she got back to me with an email thanking me for good feedback!! Hummm, how very strange that my email would be changed to a positive review.

Just OK. The grip area for the handle has really tight finger slots. If you are petite or age 6 it might be great. If you grip it too firmly the handle pops out of the neck of the device.

If I could give it no stars I would. The handle pops off almost every time I pull the lever. Thus you have to stop in mid poop pickup and reattach it. Not worth sending back.I wish I had read reviews.

while using it, it will come apart. very frustrating.also standard bags don't work with this.we used one time and had to return it for something else.

The WORST pooper scooper ever!! It comes in two pieces. You snap it together make sure it's nice and tightly together, then go for the poop! Well it comes apart as soon as you get it open enough to grab the poop and it falls into the poop and now it's everywhere!!!! Don't waste your money!

Does my work. After assembly (two pieces) when you squeeze handle to pick up waste the handle upper part falls apart totally worthless. Do my buy
