This headset has a lot of great features. It comes with an integrated Charging Stand, USB-A connectivity to both your pc soft phone and desk phone long range connectivity, active noise cancellation, and intelligent mute. Essentially it’s everything you want in a work headset. The intelligent flip to mute feature is perfect for your mid-call, quick mute situations. And the noise cancellation blocks out all background noise through the mic. Coupled with battery life to get you through a long workday, Overall it’s a great headset. The other great thing I want to mention is yea link customer service and technical support. I have dealt with an annoying issues with the audio sound on my headset, and while technical support is unable to determine what the cause of it is, yet, they are very quick to respond to my support request. They are genuinely interested in determining what’s wrong and very interesting in my feedback. Customer service reached out to me directly to make sure the issue was being addressed and in making sure I was satisfied.

I was a little hesitant when I saw the price, however cheap corded headset didn’t last long enough and we have Yealink phone that is compatible. The sound quality of this Bluetooth headset is amazing on either end. I’m talking Air Pods Pro level clarity! Well worth the investment!!
