Mechanical Failure at socket level
It charges well but there are serious mechanical issues with this charger that makes it worthless. The joint socket that connects the charging disc to the vent attachment went loose in few months and then came off and cannot be secured back in position. Also the socket does not hold the charging disc at a desired angle because it’s very loose and keeps on tilting downwards by gravity. overall it’s a very annoying charger I would not recommend this charger.

It does what it’s suppose to do (charge the phone) and that’s it’s!!
Over all this product does what it’s suppose to do. However, after about a month of using it I notice that it gets extremely hot. It gets so hot that I have to keep my vent open and AC on full blast otherwise my phone will shut off. My phone has gotten so hot on several occasions that the screen would get dark and then shut off with the temperature warning. Outside of the heat issue, it doesn’t stay securely hooked to the vent. When making any type of turns in the vehicle it would fall off and hit the floor. I have already started looking for a replacement.

Pretty good but gets very hot and not a fast charge
I got the magnetic car charger to hold my phone where I could see it. It works best if you add one of the magnetic rings to the phone. Its instructions to apply the ring are idiotic. “ Use this rules piece of paper to find where to place the ring” does not help if it isn’t even half the height of the phone nor does it state how to use it to figure it out. The charge works pretty well, though not at all fast and tends to get hot quickly even when not attached to a vent.

I bought this product in hopes of getting rid of the bulkier mount. Unfortunately, this product didn't even hold my phone in place for more than a few minutes.Magnetic ring is very weak.Not a fast charge.Gets extremely hot, phone starts to lag.The sticker on the back of the charger eventually peeled off on its own & I decided to go with a different brand instead.

Only lasted a year. Go get something else.
I have had this charger for about a year and it worked great for a while. Two weeks ago it stopped charging my phone. I know wireless charging for my phone still works because other chargers still work on my phone. Really disappointed that this only lasted a year.

works great!!!!! hold my phone in place and charges pretty fast
i have bought several for my personal and work vehicle and they work great, so great some of my co-workers have asked me to get them one for them and they are very pleased with it as well.

I really like this charger. I love the magnetic strength and sleek design. I drive a 2017 Lincoln MKZ (Black Label) and this modern look matches the Luxury of the interior. Very cool, very good, but it.

Absolutely love this product
Fits in vent very easily. Magnet holds strong through my phone wallet (it doesn't hold for really thick wallets). Charges well on the go. I bought two more.
