Q: Would these fit a 2007 Jeep Liberty?

Yes, they do fit the 2002 - 2007 Jeep Liberty. Don't know if they will fir the later (boxy) Liberties. You need to check on MOOG website (by "Use Our Easy Part Finder") based on your application/vehicle: http://www.moogparts.com/find-my-part.html Package contains only the Sway Bar Links shown in the picture. You may need to get new bolts and locking nuts, but I was able to re-use the originals that were still in a great shape. Be advised that the links will fit either side (left or right) but there is only one proper way to install them. Make some markings on the old links (either for the top, or for the bottom side) before removing them, so you can use them as a reference when you install the new links. Otherwise, you will have problems installing them, or you will damage them in a short time, like others did (and then posted negative reviews for the parts, when it was entirely their fault). Q: Do new Bolts and nuts come with this kit?

no, it just comes with the link. the only place you can find the right bolts is from the dealer. or, if you can figure out the OEM part number, you can sometimes find them on amazon or factorymoparparts.net or moparonlineparts.com. Good luck!

Q: Do these have bushings or do I buy those separate?

These are sway bar links. These are a direct bolt on part. No additional parts need. I usually replace the sway bar bushings at the same time.

Q: These are cheap..learned the hard way while driving and looking up warranty is a dead issue as links are damaged or corrupt. Any help?

I sent back to Amazon for a full refund. Then replaced with ones I got from the local auto parts store.
