It was a perfect fit for my laptop. Came with 50% charge and charged to 100% in 40 minutes.

It's fits very well in my Acer nitro 5 laptop battery holds at least 4 hours for non-aggressive screen time but when it comes to gaming it's a totally different ball game it lasts about an hour and a half but it also depends on what game you're using I was playing Sims and the battery didn't last more than an 2 hours and then when I played wow aka war of Warcraft it lasted about a good hour and 1/2 on low FPS. But if you're using it for non-gaming it does last for 3 to 4 hours.

Fit just like it should good value for the money good battery life

I have an Acer Aspire 5253, she's really old and needed a battery. I bought this one, thinking I could get a bit more than 2 years of life out of it. However, according to HWMonitor, this battery is already 16% dead, and I haven't even had it for very long. Now, I could've failed to properly condition the battery, but still. Hope it still last for more than a year.

Need extra tools to open laptop but was a great replacement for my HP 360 laptop.

I am not going to give this battery nor the seller a bad review (they accepted the return and gave me a refund ASAP) ... this was bought for an old Acer that a family member got at a church yard sale and is iffy when it comes to the battery and AC plug ... I think the circuitry that charges the battery (when plugged into AC power) may be faulty ... while this battery didn't work, the old one didn't either and may have been the reason it was in decent shape (Acer is about 11 years or so old) but at a yard sale. The battery was in great shape and packed well, but did not work with this Acer in question ... as I have said it was easy to return and it MAY NOT have been the battery's fault at all, but the machine's ... Cant fault the battery in that case unless I am sure ... gave it a 3.5 out of 5 stars because of that ... and to a point even that seems unfair to the seller, but i'd have to see it working for me to give it a 5 out of 5. Batteries mixed with old hardware can do these sorts of things, in my view. Yes or no would I recommend? ... yeah sure ... the seller was great and while it didn't work for my family member .. your machine may not have the same issues, that this machine here did ... again the old battery that may or may not be good still had the same issues.... so it may not be either battery as the cause
