Good for practice
I bought for practice and did not expect the quality of my CAT. Pouch is a nice plus. Would recommend for a practice tourniquet but would not use in a real life situation if could be avoided. That being said for practice and price point this is a good deal.

What a deal!
This is a great deal. An excellent tourniquet complete with pouch. There's room in the pouch for a couple of pair of rolled gloves.

Impressed with what you get, its not North American Rescue quality as far as the tourniquet is concerned but its not $30. It will do the job. And the holder isn't bad either, was sceptical getting both on sale for $7 but actual better then I expected.

Perfect tourniquet...
This tourniquet is perfect it was one of the few ones that had its own pouch which makes it perfect to carry on your gear.
