Halo Holistic Adult Dog Vegan Plant-Based Recipe with Superfoods 3.5 lb Bag

My dog loves the taste. It is the right softness and size for my 19 pound Chipit dog. It is a good quality food and I love that it is Vegan, so no animals have been tortured or harmed in any way just to feed my dog. This food has all that our dogs need. I mix it with two tablespoons of Halo's canned dog food just to please my dog. I also put a bit of this in with a can of Halo's canned dog food for my neighbor's dog five days each week and he loves it. I highly recommend Halo dog food, canned and dry.

My rescue dog had significant digestive issues when I first adopted him. I tried several different brands of dog food for sensitive stomachs and after several expensive vet visits a friend suggested I try a vegan diet. I purchased Halo vegan food and he hasn’t had any issues in over a year. I mix it with a little bite of Halo wet food and he is thriving. Coat is shiny and his eyes are bright. He has great energy and hasn’t had a single episode of diarrhea or vomiting since I switched to Halo food a little more than a year ago. What a relief.

My dog loves this! This is the first dry food that my dog runs to when it's time to eat. He has really bad allergies & this is blend doesn't trigger any inflammation or itching. There isn't a strong smell & I would say is worth the money if you're looking for a plant-based allergy friendly blend. He's been eating this blend for a while now & hasn't had any stomach or nutritional issues - Highly recommend!

I fed this dry food to my dogs without introducing it slowly. They had diarrhea, presumably due to high plant content. I am now adding it slowly to their kibble, they do like it and especially the canned version.

I bought this for my parent's dogs, so they don't have to buy as much non-vegan dog food, hopefully causing less animals to be killed for it. Was surprised to see how much their dog really loved it. Seems like she even likes it more than her normal food. Can't quite tell if the other one likes it though, but I would recommend. The food itself is quite small and disk shaped.
