I've used DHEA 50mg for more than 20 years now. It helps with my energy level, and with leveling out hormone changes due to aging. If I forget to take for a few days, I tire more easily and my energy level really plummets. The Puritan's Pride brand has been working well for me for a very long time, and is reasonably priced. It is a tablet that is easy to break in half if you want to lower or split the dosage. I reorder often and would highly recommend for those wanting to try a quality DHEA product.
