I can breathe!!!!!
Of course, I’ve been seeing ads for these things for decades. I’ve seen them on athletes, and in magazines. Yet somehow, I never connected this product to me.Which is crazy. 15 years ago, I was diagnosed with a severe deviated septum, problems with the turbinates, (whatever that is) and major swelling and growth in the sinuses. My ENT wanted to do surgery to correct the deviation and turbinates and ream out my sinuses, which is what he said. It sounded horrible. I’d never had surgery and wasn’t going to start by packing gauze into my head. So, to breathe, I became an Afrin addict. Later added Flonase. And then I got cancer and did lots of surgeries, but years later I’m still on chemo and so cannot do elective surgery, so my sinuses stay as is. The chemo, afrin, and structural problems mean I can’t breathe and have a constantly runny nose. I mean, it drips like water out of a faucet, and I always-and I do mean always- have a tissue in one hand.I came across these on Amazon and recognized them, but still didn’t connect them to me. But I was scientifically interested in how something you put on the outside of the nose can help you breathe, so I bought it, more out of curiosity than anything.I put my first one on at bedtime. I was shocked by how much air I took in. In fact, I wasn’t sure I liked it as there was so much airflow my throat got dry and I could feel it in my head. (We mouth breathers feel air in our lungs, not noses). It felt strange to take full breaths. I slept with it on that night, and it stuck just fine, so fine I had difficulty getting it off. That morning, for the first time in many years, I didn’t wake up gasping for air with my mouth dried out.And that isn’t a joke. I did always wake up gasping, like a fish out of water, until my first squirt of Afrin kept right on my nightstand. Very unpleasant. But with Breathe Right on, I wake up like a woman in a commercial, smiling, mouth closed, not anguished. Oh, I still need the Afrin but it’s no longer a desperate feeling. I can get to it when I do, I’m not feeling like I’m out of air.I’ve worn them every night since. I need to wear them during the day too, to see if I can control some of the drippings and cut down on the afrin. I would like to get off that stuff.I’m getting so much air that I’m not quite used to it yet-amazing how you get used to not breathing. It may be that I’ve had a deviated septum my entire life and didn’t know it. I was plagued with morning headaches. It feels weird to breathe but I’m getting used to it.I know I told a long story but they really are amazing. I bought the heavy and the regular/small. I have a small face and the smaller ones work just as well for me although tonight is the first time I will sleep in this size.So far, I have to say this is one of the few products that live up to what they say, and it’s pretty amazing.

Works well
These work real well for me. To remove the adhesive I have purchased here on Amazon a medical adhesive remover which works well. Also one can use a textured wash cloth and gently rub the glue off.

These work to reduce snoring
Simple, low-tech way to keep nasal passages open when sleeping. My partner says I snore less. I agree with other reviews that have noted how hard this is on sensitive skin. I put a little petroleum jelly just on the bridge of my nose before putting one of these on at night--they don't need to adhere to the bridge, just to the sides. This doesn't interfere with the function of the strip, but it does make it easier to take it off in the morning without skin damage.

Like these more than the other size.
We used to purchase the Costco size of nose strips, but these small medium size ones just seem to work better on my nose. Would recommend you give these a try over the larger version as these seem to work better for me.

Can't sleep without it
I have bad seasonal allergies and get extra stuffy at night time. This helps so much! We always make sure to have then at home and bring them when we travel anywhere. I really like that it clears me up without having to take any medication but helps me sleep.

Skeptical at first but these really help
I bought a box of these awhile ago but just recently started using them since my sinuses are a mess during winter. These completely ease my pressure and congestion and help me get a better night’s sleep.

Hard to place
It was hard to place on the right spot on my nose and keep it all night. It also stick well on my nose and it was lost by the next morning. I think it was because I was using it after I put night cream on my face. I wiped my nose before applying the tape and it was finally correctly placed on my nose. I use Snore Lab app to monitor my snoring. Once I figured out how to properly put it on my face, my snoring got much better with this product, but my snoring wasn’t completely gone. I switched to another anti snore device and it worked like a magic so I stopped using this strip. I think this tape may work on the light snorers but not for the really loud snorers. The device I use now that works really well is the type that you insert nose plugs with a hole in you nose. It let you breath better and I completely stopped snoring with it.

To the Breathe Right People--you need to improve the glue!
To the Breathe-Right people: You must improve the glue! This was my 5th purchase of your product, and your Breathe-Right products work great--but only when they stick. But they only stick well one out of 3 times, even though I wipe the surface of my nose thoroughly with rubbing alcohol prior to using your strips to remove any oil that might possibly prevent adhesion. Giving an only 33% success rate, your strips are getting too expensive for me to keep repurchasing them! So please improve your product's glue--OR SELL a special glue separately from your product which customers can use to make the nose strips stick better!
