Came damaged and bent
Came as seen in the pictures. The game card piece was put on with a glue!!! Bad quality.UPDATE:After receiving a full refund from AMAZON. I have been contacted by VORI and without asking they offered me the new case design free of charge. The new case has many advantages such as EVA foam slots in the inside plus it's very sturdy and strong. Highly recommending buying from VORI for the great support and excellent product

Product was what I ordered.
Product looks great no issues 5 stars.However Amazon needs to get their act together. I have tried to complain to them, they don't care. I live in a condo 2 packages for adifferent unit in completely different area delivered to me and mine to them. I for one will not be ordering from Amazon anymore. 3rd time this has happened in a many months. Getting rid of prime as well not worth it. Never have issues with UPS, Fed EX, even USPS.

Everything fits!
At first I was disappointed that the Switch didn't fit snugly. It kind of flops around in slot. There was also no room for the aftermarket grip that I have. Then I put the grip on the Switch and tried putting it upside-down and it fits perfectly! No flopping around, it fits tightly like it was made for it! Everything else about this was very good too.
