How many grams of sugar alcohols are in each serving?

I have actually not been able to find that answer, however there are 14grams of carbs in a serving of six pieces so one can make an estimate about how grams of sugar alcohol is in one piece if one does not need to be very accurate in their measurements and are just doing so for good health practices then I would say there are at least two grams in one piece is a good estimation.

The only way I can answer your question is the following: I’m diabetic, but I do not take medicine, I control it myself. I bought these candies because it’s sugar-free. I actually would eat several at a time because they were so good. When I eat something that’s too sweet, I know it, it affects my eyes. I did not experience dizziness eating these. I do want to buy more soon. I know my answer is different than anyone else’s, but it’s the only way I can answer your question.
