Not exactly as described
The description was for a 15.6 inch screen, the one i received is 14.1 inch screen which is fine. The key board was suppose to back lit, which was something i was looking for. The one i received is not back lit. Not too thrilled with windows 11 but I'll get use it i suppose. Over all it's a nice laptop, not too big, light weight, sleek looking, and large enough key pads. If I had to I would buy it again.

Perfect for my needs without breaking the bank! It was a very quick and easy set up.
I wish the image quality was a bit more defined, but it could also be a matter of tweaking the settings.

Was not the correct size screen that I requested but it's really nice.
I liked that the keys light up and I have the option to turn it off.

Nice laptop computer
So far I really like this computer. It's quick, the screen resolution is good, and I really like the backlit keyboard. I don't use the touchscreen much but it is a nice option to have. Also love the color!

No funciona, necesito hacer valida la garantía Hice la compra en sep 2022, se comenzo a utilizar en enero y dejo de encender en marzo, como puedo hacer valida la garantía? Contacte a hp México y me dicen que es un producto adquirido en usa y que no es valida la garantía en nuestro país, como puedo hacer para que la revisen, agradezco de antemano su atención, buen dia!!
