Finished one of the patterns that came in this multi-pack kit. Plenty of thread, easy to read stamped pattern/paper pattern, and the stamped pattern washes right out.

I have included pictures of the threads, because the posters have a cohesive look in some of the ad. But I think when finished they will be less cohesive.The crossstitch is not as detailed as the poster, which I expected. I figured the landscapes would be forgiving. And they seem to be.There is plenty of thread, be sure you are using 3 strands and not all 6.This is good for beginners since the pattern is stamped on the cloth and you don't have to count.It's not good for beginners in there is little to no directions.If you have never cross-stitched before you will need to do some research first. Some terms to search: parking, cross country, confetti, and pin stitch. There are several ways to start and end thread, these terms should help in that.I took a star off because the posters in the ad are just edited posters of the art and not actual crossstitch so it's tough to get a feel of what the finished project will look like.I very much enjoy working on these. Maybe I'll update when I finish them.

The listing has changed…this review is for the single pink-hued cross stitch.I recently decided I need to just have every DMC color in my collection instead of running to the craft store. So, I realize this is a bit unique.I noticed two of the colors that were in this kit were a bit too similar. So, I checked them against my DMC collection. At least two of the colors provided did not match the DMC number that I have. I am so glad I caught this because the gradient at the top wouldn’t have been as vivid.Otherwise, the kit was easy to complete and I was able to complete it without a hoop because I waxed my thread. It’s a wedding gift so I’m glad it went quickly.
