This is a review of the new eARC speaker. See below for my review of the regular ARC soundbar. I received the eARC because of the problems I had with the previous version. I've had it for a week now and what a difference. This baby connects to my Samsung TV everytime. A little delay, but no concern. The sound is excellent and my biggest thing.The voice is in sync with the video. Other soundbars I've had I could not get them to sync. I don't use my soundbar for listening to music where it doesn't matter if it is synced. I watch TV and don't want to feel like I'm watching an old Kung Fu dubbed movie. The bass is also better than the previous model. So if you are looking for a soundbar spend the extra $10 and get the eARC model. Next is my review of the regular ARC model.I've had this speaker for 7 months. From day one it has had a problem connecting to ARC. It says it is connected but no sound comes out. I have to turn it of and on numerous times to get it to connect and have actual sound. I've contacted the seller and they sent me a firmware update. That did not help. The sound when it works is good, but the frustration everyday is not worth it. My TV is a Samsung and this is my first ARC connected soundbar.This is two months later. I've received the new updated soundbar with eARC. It works about 98% effectively. The other 2% it is a little slow to start having audio out. And there are times throughout the day when I jump forward on a recorded show that it takes a few seconds to get sound. It also sometimes just goes silent for 1/2 second. When I back up the playback it doesn't do it again so I am pretty sure it is the soundbar and not the TV or the broadcast. All in all not a bad deal and I would buy it again.

Bought this speaker as a value sound bar option for a vacation rental in July 2023, and I enjoyed the sound, look and function for the price. However, one of the speakers in the unit developed an audible buzzing sound from all input sources after one year. Sent the audio file to Heymell tech support to see if there's anything I could do. Immediate response was sent back - it was out of warranty already but they sent me a replacement refurbished speaker right away. Got it, and it sounds great Thanks for supporting your product!

Some of us around here are getting more hard of hearing and were finding the TV volume not as effective for some channels. Getting this sound bar has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE. Now, we all can hear TV when we watch movies. Very Happy. Great price.

Sound quality was OK, but remote control stopped working after 8 months. Tried new batteries but no luck.Ordered 2 new remotes on Amazon, assume it will happen again. That must be the reason they sell them separately on Amazon.

Love it it's the 2nd one I've gotten

The sound bar works awesome, the only thing I have a problem with is you can't read them. There in another language both books are. Then they talk about software to upgrade it, but if you can't read either book that comes with how can you upgrade it.Then you go on line and you still can't find it, if your going to sale it in America write it in English ok so we all can read it.Thank you Andy 😊

the audio quality is very poor with a lot of spikes in the audio. I've tried adjusting the equalizer manually and using the pre-set settings but no improvement. I would not recommend anyone purchase this unless you just need something cheap(ish). DONT BUY if you want to listen to music or watch a movie at a reasonably enjoyable quality.EDITED: I forgot to add the power cable is unusually short, if you plan on mounting this on a wall under your TV it probably wont reach the floor. ALSO I havent been able to get the AUX to work and I know the cable works as I tested it with another device.

I purchased this unit in mid-January, and unfortunately had an issue with the remote control not working properly just recently. Within 24 hours of reporting this to Heymell, I had confirmation back from the supplier that they put a brand new replacement remote in the mail for me. As they ship from China, it took about 7 days to get here, but I am extremely impressed that they immediately addressed the issue. Lots of companies talk a great story about customer service, but this company really did the job!As far as the sound bar goes, I really like the multiple input options (I use the optical, so I can't comment on the bluetooth capability). The sound quality is very good, especially for the price point, and it is way better than the factory speakers in my Samsung television. I also have an older Yamaha sound bar in my rec. room for my 65" TV, and it is better from a sound quality perspective, but it also cost one heck of a lot more than this one from Heymell.I believe you can buy with confidence from this supplier. They certainly did right by me.
